Ticket Purchase Policy

Use of Tickets and Attendance at the Event

Before purchasing an online ticket through our website, it is important that customers review and understand the terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers. This includes any restrictions such as age requirements or dress codes. Ticket Boss assumes no responsibility for event-specific terms and conditions, and we are not liable for any issues arising from organizer-enforced restrictions, denials, or suspensions of entry to the event. Refunds for tickets will not be provided under these circumstances.

Event organizers are responsible for conducting security checks as necessary to maintain the safety and security of the event. Ticket Boss bears no responsibility if a customer is refused entry or rejected from the event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

For many events, re-entry after initial entry is prohibited. Ticket Boss is not liable for any inconvenience caused by this policy. Once a ticket holder enters the event premises, their ticket expires, and we are not obligated to refund or address any subsequent actions or events.

Ticket Boss accepts no responsibility for inconveniences resulting from restrictions or refusals imposed by event organizers, administrators, or groups preventing entry to the event grounds.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the venue punctually on the scheduled date. Ticket Boss is not liable for any losses, whether actual or perceived, due to failure to check event dates and times.

Non-attendance by the customer for any reason does not entitle them to a refund.

Cancellation and re-purchasing of tickets are not permitted. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy

Tickets purchased through Ticket Boss will be delivered either as a PDF file via email or as a WhatsApp or text message. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that accurate contact information is provided. Ticket Boss cannot be held liable for any inconvenience resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

For certain events, tickets delivered via email must be exchanged for printed tickets. Exchange booths are typically located near the event entrance for this purpose. Organizers of the event, along with representatives from Ticket Boss, will facilitate the exchange of e-tickets for printed tickets in such cases.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Abandonment of an event after it has commenced due to factors including weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, death, war, riots, strikes, lock-outs, power supply issues, or government actions will not entitle customers to a refund unless explicitly announced by the event organizers. In such cases where organizers announce refunds, administrative and bank charges will apply as mentioned above.
